POWER Makes 2026 PEOPLE Companies that Care List
Power Home Remodeling has been named one of the 2026 PEOPLE® Companies that Care, marking POWER’s fourth appearance on the annual list.
The recognition celebrates companies that demonstrate care for their employees and their families while making a positive impact in the communities where they operate.
“Being a people-first company means listening closely and responding with care that reflects the realities of employees’ lives,” said Hollie Delaney, Chief People Officer at POWER. “When people feel seen, supported and empowered to reach their potential, that care naturally extends beyond the workplace—strengthening their families, their communities and the impact we can make together.”
POWER is proud to be recognized again in 2026. Here are a few of the ways we continued investing in our people and communities this year:
It All Starts With Listening
At POWER, many of our programs and policies begin the same way: by listening to employees. Regular employee feedback surveys give people across the business an opportunity to share what’s working, where we can improve, and what they need from their workplace. That feedback is reinforced by an open-door culture designed to give employees direct access to leaders and multiple ways to share ideas and concerns.
In 2025, POWER also conducted a company-wide Listening Tour, meeting directly with employees to better understand their experiences and identify opportunities to improve. Feedback collected through these channels has helped inform decisions across compensation, recognition, communications, incentive structures, and the overall employee experience.

New Benefits Designed Around Employees’ Lives
Caring for employees also means recognizing that life outside of work can be unpredictable. In 2026, POWER introduced new benefits designed to provide additional support during some of life’s most significant moments.
- Grace Leave: Up to 12 weeks of fully paid leave, with continued health benefits, for eligible employees facing a terminal diagnosis.
- Family-building support: Up to $25,000 in fertility coverage and $15,000 toward adoption, surrogacy, and other qualifying family-building expenses.
- Medical travel assistance: Up to $5,000 when necessary care for an employee or eligible family member is unavailable locally.
Each benefit is designed to give employees greater flexibility and support when they need it most.
A New Pledge to Making an Impact
In 2026, POWER became a Pledge 1% company, further formalizing our commitment to supporting the communities where our employees live and work.
Power for Good, POWER’s Community Impact division, has directed more than $8 million toward philanthropic efforts since its establishment in 2023 and helped lead the company’s adoption of the Pledge 1% model.
Our approach to community impact places employees at the center:
- Employee-directed giving: Employees have a voice in directing funding toward causes that are meaningful to them and their communities.
- Volunteer Time Off: Every employee receives dedicated time to contribute their skills, expertise, and labor to organizations and causes they care about.
- Community-centered expansion: Before POWER officially enters a new market, employees participate in local service and investment efforts designed to build relationships within the community from the start.
The goal is to make community impact something employees actively shape, rather than something decided solely from the top down.

Continuing the Traditions That Bring People Together
Celebrating the company and our people isn’t new at POWER. Throughout the year, employees come together through individual office events, Affinity Group expeditions, and New Territory Discovery Weekends that create opportunities to connect, celebrate milestones, and build community beyond the day-to-day work.
Quest is POWER’s annual company-wide, end-of-year celebration, held in Cancun, Mexico, and designed entirely around the employee experience. Think wellness retreat meets music festival meets the ultimate company party—bringing coworkers from across the country together to celebrate the people who helped make the year a success.
From live music and wellness experiences to custom merchandise and opportunities to reconnect with teammates from across the business, every part of Quest is built to recognize employees, strengthen connection, and celebrate what they accomplished together..
Being named one of the PEOPLE Companies that Care is an honor, but the work behind that recognition continues year-round.
