Testimonials
We had an amazing experience with Power and our new Pella double-hung windows! From beginning to end, the entire process was excellent. Our sales representative was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything and made us feel confident about our purchase.
The installation team was fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently. Once the installation was complete, they showed us how the windows worked and personally opened and closed every single window to make sure everything was operating properly.
They installed the black exterior capping/trim above the windows themselves are spectacular. They windows feel incredibly high quality, operate beautifully, and look even better than we expected. We are extremely happy with the finished product and the entire experience. I would absolutely recommend Power and Pella windows to anyone considering replacing their windows.
* My only tiny negative portion of my experience, 1 out of the 3 windows replaced I found about 5 chunks of glass (bigger than a quarter) outside under the window and a tiny speck of glass unfortunately got into my toddlers foot after the installation. I understand and accepted the the risk of replacing very old aluminum windows that required the glass to be cut out.

Very happy with install.
Project went smoothly and on budget with no surprises. From start to finish the installation of new windows and doors went smoothly and professionally, and this includes the cleanup process at the end too. The workers were courteous, respectful, and helpful throughout the process. They allocated enough time so they can do the job right without having to make any shortcuts in the installation. I would definitely call them again in the future for any necessary contract work.
Crew showed up early and worked very hard.
Crew lead answered my questions as they came up. He also pointed out a couple of preexisting issues then resolved them for me.
QA manager was very helpful and informative.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent job all the way through. From the sales person Annie to the installers.
Excellent Window Installation Experience
My mother recently had new windows installed, and we were extremely pleased with the entire experience. The installation crew arrived on time, was professional, and worked very efficiently throughout the project.
One of the more difficult parts of the job was removing the existing burglar bars from the windows. Despite the extra work involved, the crew handled everything professionally and completed the installation without any issues.
The new windows look absolutely great, and we are very happy with the finished product. It’s refreshing to have a crew show up on time, work efficiently, and take pride in the quality of their work.
We would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering new windows for their home.

Mitch Matulia came out to explain the job in regards to the roof, he was very thorough and knowledgeable, although we thought the price was a bit pricey.. he made us see the worth..Thank you!
Here is what I liked about how this company: the door to door guys were professional and knowledgeable plus they had great probing questions and countered my doubts with programs the company offered. The salesman was fantastic. He built report with us and along with knowledge of the service and product work with us to find something with in our budget with no pressure. 3: installation crew did great. Clean and efficient. 4. The follow up customer service people double check the work, asked future plans, and asked how I felt about how things went. Great experience. Great business model.
From first point of contact everyone with power now was on time, respectful and competent. Would recommend for new windows!
