We couldn't be happier with our experience with Power Home Remodeling. We had our siding, windows, doors, gutters, soffit, and fascia replaced, and the transformation is unbelievable. Our house looks absolutely amazing, and we've received so many compliments from friends and neighbors.

What really stood out was the follow-up after the installation. A couple of small repairs were needed, and the team was quick to respond and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. There was a little confusion with scheduling one of the repair appointments, but once we reached out, it was resolved quickly and everyone involved was helpful and easy to work with.

The team finally showed up and took care of my repair. I really appreciate that they followed up and even came a day earlier than scheduled. This was more like my initial experience..

If there was a zero to negative rating I would give them one. In April of 2024 I had $15K worth of work done on my home. During the sales and installation process the communication was good. Within a 1/2 years pieces began to fall off. I called in January 2026 and submitted pictures. To date they have made a series of blunders. For example sending on multiple occasions 1 man for a 2 man job, more than 5 to 6 rescheduled service dates most of the dates were not communicated, in addition to not having the right parts. Needless to say, I am now going on 6 months waiting to fulfill the supposed Lifetime Warranty. I was schedoled for service today 7/15, no one called. I discovered the date change on my own. Actually, I blame myself as well, I should have taken a closer look at their reviews, as I see you were also sued. If not for being treated as if I don't matter, I had planned to do the roof and siding. I'm not sure how you are still in Business. At this point, I need to have this taken care of so that I can move on with life. I'm really beyond tired of being the victim of your mismanagement
