The installers where very professional, the team lead introduced them before starting and asked where I would like them to start. The installers cleaned up after working. I was very pleased with the work and would definitely be very highly likely to to have Power do other work for me.

Power did a wonderful job with a full install of new windows on an older (early 1900’s) home. Process was extremely fast from the sale to the install (something to keep in mind!) Carey, Harry, and Jeff of the install crew did a fantastic job and made the whole process a lot less anxiety ridden. Would definitely recommend Power and their Pella product.

They should teach their salesmen about ADA or zero thresholds. You should also consider making doors with lower or dual peepholes like hotels have. The salesman saw me in a wheelchair and came up a ramp to get to my front door and actually called to find out you didn't install a lower peephole, the inspector guy before installation actually said they could do an ADA entrance, and they had to make an amendment to the order. There was no extra cost, just a small inconvenience. Also when another employee came to inspect the attic, he left installation behind, I am thankful they were responsive to coming back to clean up their mess. It would also be nice to teach your door knockers what no soliciting means. Over all, I'm very satisfied with the work completed and am giving a high rating because of the work and response to coming and cleaning mess.
