I recently replaced all the windows in my home (ten) and the experience was great from start to finish.
The initial sales consultation with Tom was longer than anticipated but impressive nonetheless. He gave a thorough demonstration, answered all my questions, and worked with me on pricing that I was comfortable with.
The installation team was top-notch. The three-man crew arrived shortly after 8:00 AM and finished all ten windows by 12:20 PM. They set up safety signage, fully prepped the work area, and cleaned and vacuumed thoroughly before leaving.
During the final walkthrough with Amilcar, all the windows were wiped down and he proactively pointed out minor scratches on two windows and immediately made a phone call to have both replaced. Overall, I am very happy with the results and the team's professionalism.
