- Unlock your window, and pull down the top sash.
- Locate the top frame of the window, and from there you will find a white sticker.
- The white sticker contains 3 critical pieces of information: Your window size, your window identification number, and the sales order number. This information will help us remedy your issue quickly and efficiently.
