POWER HOME REMODELING’S CO-CEOS ASHER RAPHAEL AND COREY SCHILLER NAMED GLASSDOOR’S BEST CEOs IN 2026
Employee reviews rank Raphael and Schiller No. 14 among 50 top CEOs, recognizing their people-first leadership, workforce investment, and purposeful growth
CHESTER, PA (AUGUST 12, 2026) — Asher Raphael and Corey Schiller, Co-CEOs of Power Home Remodeling (“POWER”), the nation’s leading exterior home remodeler, have been recognized by Glassdoor’s Best CEO Award for 2026—distinguishing them for their commitment to building a people-first business and driving results that strengthen the company and the communities it serves.
Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest and fastest growing job sites, announced its report spotlighting best-in-class leadership. Unlike other workplace awards, winners are determined solely from reviews that current and former employees voluntarily share on Glassdoor.
Among the 50 chief executives recognized by employees in the U.S., Raphael and Schiller ranked 14th, receiving impressive approval ratings based on the anonymous and voluntary reviews POWER employees shared between May 16, 2025 and May 15, 2026.
“At POWER, we’re always challenging ourselves to improve and set a higher standard, and I can’t think of two people who embody that commitment more than Asher and Corey,” said Adam Kaliner, Co-Founder of Power Home Remodeling. “They began their POWER journey in August 2003 in entry-level positions, and over the past 23 years, they’ve been driven by a relentless dedication to our people, our business, and their calling to lead. Their vision continues to guide our success and shape where we go next. I’m proud to call them my partners, most importantly, two of my closest friends.”
That leadership philosophy actualizes through the investments, development pathways, and continued growth Raphael and Schiller have influenced and institutionalized across POWER:
- Building a people-first business: Raphael and Schiller support employees through industry-leading benefits, annual workforce celebrations like Quest, and meaningful financial recognition—including a $360 million employee bonus tied to a 2026 private equity investment and distributed with no vesting period.
- Empowering the workforce: POWER grows its leadership 100% organically, developing and promoting employees from within rather than hiring external into leadership roles. Raphael and Schiller have helped expand those pathways through the Dan Price Craftsmanship Academy, Power Code Academy, and extensive leadership and mentorship programming. Together, these initiatives have helped more than 335 employees transition into installation and software development careers while creating additional opportunities for employees to build long-term careers at POWER.
- Growing with purpose: Under their leadership, POWER has expanded to 27 territories nationwide while deepening its investment in local communities. In 2026, the company became a Pledge 1% member after directing $4 million through its Community Impact division—Power for Good—the previous year.
Raphael and Schiller are proud to add this distinction to POWER’s growing roster of workplace awards. Recently, Glassdoor recognized the company on their Best Places to Work 2026 list, preceding its newest recognition on TIME’s America’s Best Private Companies.
