Power Home Remodeling Expands to Cleveland, Ohio

Press Release Power Home Remodeling Expands to Cleveland, Ohio

The nation’s leading exterior home remodeler opens its third territory in Ohio, introducing its 28th U.S. territory.

CHESTER, PA — August 27, 2026 — Power Home Remodeling (“POWER”), the nation’s leading exterior home remodeler and #20 on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For 2026 list, announced today its expansion into Cleveland (CLE), establishing the company’s 28th territory in the country—following its recent expansion into Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.

POWER will operate out of a 29,250-square-foot office, with 9,000 square feet of the space operating as a warehouse. The new location will be at 2000 Apollo Drive, Brook Park, Ohio.

CLE residents can depend on POWER to deliver top-quality installation services and a suite of energy-efficient exterior home products, including windows, roofing, siding, gutters, doors, and attic insulation.

John Kennedy, Vice President of Customer Development; Trevor Colazzo, Vice President of Sales; and Nicholas DeGrazia, Vice President of Delivery will lead the CLE territory.

“Our expansion into Cleveland builds on the momentum we’ve created in Ohio since opening our Columbus and Cincinnati territories last year,” said POWER’s Chief Operating Officer, Timothy Wenhold. “With so many established homes throughout the region, we see a real opportunity to partner with homeowners to invest in and modernize the places they already love, while also building lasting relationships with local installers and the Cleveland community.”

When POWER opens a new territory, experienced employees from any location can apply to become “originals”—those selected help launch the new location, mentor future hires, and work alongside local installation partners.

Ahead of the CLE opening, POWER brought all 24 originals and their loved ones to the area for a “Discovery Weekend,” an event where all relocatees can explore the new community, meet their future coworkers, and volunteer with a local nonprofit.

The CLE originals partnered with Hope Ignites, a nonprofit that empowers motivated young people through mentorship, support, and college and career preparation. Together, the group learned about the organization directly from its students and helped prepare for upcoming summer programming and day-to-day operations. POWER also donated $25,000 to Hope Ignites to support a Utah wilderness retreat for the program’s graduating students.

“We launched the volunteer portion of Discovery Weekend earlier this year ahead of our Raleigh opening, and it quickly showed us how meaningful it can be to connect our people with the communities they’re joining from day one,” said Jim Myers, Director of Community Impact at POWER. “We’re grateful to have made this part of our expansion process as POWER continues to grow nationally. It’s another way we can live our purpose of realizing the potential in every home, person, and community we serve.”

As an A+ accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, ranked #1 on the 2025 Fortune Best Companies in Construction list, and recognized on People Magazine’s 100 Companies That Care list, POWER is proud to bring that same commitment to excellence, service, and community impact to homeowners in CLE.

CLE is the third territory the home remodeler has opened in 2026, following recent openings in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. POWER is actively looking for installation partners in the CLE area to join the team and will be hiring for additional in-field roles in the near future.
