With the Volunteer Resource Guide, we give our people the chance to make a difference in their own way—in the office, in the community, on their own, or with a group of colleagues.
SMALL GROUPS. BIG HEARTS.
Through our Affinity Group-led events, smaller teams of about 20 employees focus their efforts on making meaningful, targeted impact. These moments prove that even in smaller numbers, the drive to give back can create ripple effects in our communities.

At some of our large-scale events, hundreds of employees come together to partner with select nonprofits, tackling big challenges and creating lasting change. These days are about teamwork, dedication, and amplifying our collective POWER for Good.
Volunteering is our craft.
POWER proudly partners with Habitat for Humanity, providing and installing in-kind donations of custom products to homes across multiple communities. This work went beyond traditional volunteering by tapping into the unique expertise of our in-house trained Craftsmen and engaging them with skill-based service. In 2025 alone, over 100 POWER Craftsmen installed 65 windows and six sliding glass doors for community members in need.
