POWER Recognized by Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Construction for Fourth Consecutive Year

Culture POWER Recognized by Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Construction for Fourth Consecutive Year

For the fourth year in a row, Power Home Remodeling has earned a spot on the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction™ List in the large company category.

This is a recognition we’re proud to celebrate, and it’s one that gives us an opportunity to reflect on how POWER continues to evolve as our people, business, and industry grow.

The award is based on feedback from more than 64,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies across the construction industry, evaluating whether employees consistently have a positive workplace experience regardless of role, work status, or background.

“POWER’s commitment to ‘best-in-class service’ extends beyond our duty to deliver excellent experiences to homeowners. It permeates our culture, our impact, and our strategy as we continue to grow and evolve,” said Chief Production Officer Rob Borislow. “While we’re proud to receive this recognition, we’re still designing for the future, so that POWER will always be a place where our people feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.”

That work takes many forms, from creating new career pathways to listening to employees, and finding more ways to support the communities where we live and work.

Creating More Paths to Build a Career

Career development at POWER is only linear by choice. Our mentorship programming, skill academies, and relocation opportunities–all designed to create new pathways–are instrumental to our company’s success as a business and employer. Among our skill academies is the Dan Price Craftsmanship Academy (DPCA) — POWER’s eight-to-ten-week hands-on training program meant to create pathways into the skilled trades.

More than 300 employees have graduated from DPCA, with its newest class currently running in Philadelphia. Participants build foundational craftsmanship skills before receiving training across areas like roofing, siding, windows, doors, installation, and service.

The program is one part of POWER’s broader investment in career-growth opportunities beginning early in an employee’s journey.

Listening to Our People

During a recent conversation with Glassdoor at Indeed FutureWorks, Chief People Officer Hollie Delaney shared one question that helps guide her approach to people strategy:

“What would I want to happen if I were the employee?”

That mindset has helped inform how POWER reevaluates existing policies and identifies opportunities to do better.

Feedback gathered during POWER’s 2025 Listening Tour around its territories helped shape several expanded benefits for employees and their families, including Grace Leave, family-building support, and medical travel assistance.

In 2026, POWER also distributed a $360 million employee bonus following the company’s private equity investment, with no vesting period. That recognition was made possible by the people who helped build the business into what it is today, making the bonus a direct reflection of their contributions to the company’s success.

Designing and implementing new benefits and resources for the workforce is an ongoing effort to listen, learn, and respond as employees’ needs continue to evolve.

Extending Our Impact Beyond POWER

That same people-first approach extends into the communities POWER operates in. In 2026, POWER became a Pledge 1% company, building on years of employee-directed giving, volunteerism, and nonprofit partnerships through Power for Good.

Employees receive eight hours of paid Volunteer Time Off each year, providing dedicated time to support organizations and causes meaningful to them. Across POWER’s growing footprint, employees also help guide philanthropic efforts in the communities they call home.

As the company continues to expand, so does the opportunity to deepen those relationships and learn how POWER can make a meaningful impact in new communities.

Continuing to Evolve

This year POWER was also recognized as #20 on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For® list, #14 on Glassdoor’s Best CEOs list, and one of PEOPLE’s Companies That Care.

Each recognition offers a snapshot of the employee experience at a moment in time. Maintaining a workplace where people feel supported, challenged, heard, and able to grow requires continued attention to what’s working—and where there is still room to improve.
