Randall from Jaydor was most helpful as was Carmen andcrew during the pre-installation inspection and Olumide Cole in scheduling the installation of products and services. Project manager, Jamie Lockwood thoroughly explained all of the warranties and answered all of our questions.
As the daughter of a retired construction company owner what was most impressive was Andy and his crew, the installers. Their work is impeccable. The entire crew worked tirelessly, effortlessly, and to exacting standards. We do not have enough adjectives to describe the quality of this crews’ work.
All of your employees that we have interacted with are a great asset to your company. And as you know, your employees are front line representatives of your company.”

“On Monday, June 6, 2011 I had four replacement windows put in my kitchen and dining areas…..WOW!
My installer was Jason Tasker. He and his partner were so professional and courteous.. but mostly, true craftsmen. The job was done in a very methodical manner. Their work was done in a very neat manner… and, they certainly left my home very clean. I have to say, even the windows were clean! The good news is that it only took me one hour to clean all four windows! Wow!!
I am so glad I chose Power Home Remodeling Group…. I really don’t know what I waited for! I am looking forward to many years of employment with my new windows.

“Just completed painting new molding around our new windows. We wish to express our appreciation for your professional handling of the window sill repair after the installation of all the windows.
The severity of the damaged sill was not so obvious until the molding was removed.
We had hired a contractor to install the new molding around all the basement windows. The contractor wanted to remove the window to repair. We remembered “Lifetime Warranty” and called Power Home Remodeling Group. So happy we did the right thing!

“We had siding installed on our home on July 18, 2011 by an outstanding group of young men. Mr. Kenny Han was the crew leader and they did a magnificent job. We were impressed with them as soon as they arrived. They got out of their trucks and started setting up equipment with hardly a word being spoken by Kenny; something you don’t see from a lot of folks today. They worked in temperatures as high as 102 degree for much of the day, starting before 8:00 AM and ending at approximately 8:30 PM. We never expected them to finish in one day, but they did. They did a really beautiful job.
You have a very good group of hard workers employed by your company. We would specifically request them if we ever needed any more work done. Hold onto this crew. Workers as dedicated as this are often hard to find.”

“Dear ‘Power People’,
I am writing again to give praise to your company, it’s “mantra”, and another exceptional employee!
On January 10, 2012, I had a service call at my home for a broken window catch. Rich Wood, a service manager with your company, arrived promptly at 8:30 AM. He made the repair quickly. He explained to me how to remove my screens…which actually started this whole thing! (I called Eric Scott a few weeks ago to ask how to remove the screens…he explained, but warned it was a little tricky. I decided not to do it because it was difficult for me, so when I went to push the window back up, the window slide had come down the channel and I jammed it. Bottom line, the catch broke when I had to push the window over the slide to free it. Anyway, I called Eric and told him I broke the catch and he transferred me to the service department.)
Both Eric and Rich reassured me that all will be fine…the window’s are GUARANTEED FOR LIFE! Wow! How great is that!
Rich was very polite and patiently explained details about the window I had forgotten. He explained the screen removal, but also warned it was even tricky for him. I just cannot get over how pleasant it is to deal with your company. I could see the pride Rich had working for you. He is definitely a “technician”.
