Why Power?
The 2011 Power Home Challenge Winner!
In Fall of 2011, we held a web give away called the Power Home Challenge. The idea was that homeowners in need of a makeover could snap a photo of their house, upload it to our website and then get people to vote for their entry (or the home they felt was most worthy).
After a heated contest, Beverly N. of Pennsauken, NJ ended up being the big winner! Her son Dean, a New Jersey policeman, signed her up when he heard about the contest on the radio and used Facebook to start her victory campaign. We had a chance to stop by and talk with Dean and Beverly about her “new” home. Check out the transformation for yourself, it’s pretty wild!
